About the Opportunity

We're looking for a skilled, safety-conscious Press Operator to join our team in Tailem Bend, South Australia — just under 100 km south-east of Adelaide. This hands-on role is central to our hay processing operations, running and maintaining the machinery that turns raw hay into export-ready bales.

As our Press Operator, you'll primarily be responsible for:

- Operating machines for hay processing, including teasing, baling, strapping, wrapping and stacking
- Monitoring machines for irregularities
- Troubleshooting machine malfunctions and completing minor repairs
- Adhering to all safety standards, compliance and regulations
- Checking products for quality issues




- Assisting with other duties as required

About You You'll be a outstanding fit for this role if you have:

- Knowledge of repair and maintenance (welding experience viewed favourably)
- A High Risk Licence, with experience operating a telehandler and forklift
- A sound knowledge of PLCs
- High attention to detail
- Good communication skills and a team-player attitude
- Physical fitness and a strong work ethic
- A current driver's licence
- Willingness to work on an alcohol- and drug-free site

Experience

- Forklift: 1 year (Preferred)
