WE’RE HIRING | PRESCHOOL DANCE LEADER

Ground Force Studios is looking for a vibrant, energetic and caring Preschool Dance Leader to join our team for Term 4!

We’re looking for someone who absolutely loves working with little ones and can create a fun, nurturing and engaging environment where our youngest dancers feel confident, excited and supported.

THE ROLE

- Approximately 4–8 hours per week
- Term 4 contract position
- Available Wednesdays & Saturdays throughout Term 4
- Teaching our preschool-aged dancers through our Little Groovers program
- Teaching a Junior Hip Hop class
- Planning and delivering fun, engaging and age-appropriate classes
- Becoming a positive and familiar face for our little dancers and families

IN-HOUSE TRAINING PROVIDED Our Preschool Dance Leader will receive in-house training in our Little Groovers program, including our teaching approach, class structure and how we work with our youngest dancers.

This training will be utilised across the preschool program and will give you the skills and confidence to deliver our Little Groovers classes to a high standard.

✨ YOU WILL NEED:
- Previous dance experience
- Experience working with young children is highly desirable
- Preschool/kindy, childcare or Education experience/study is highly preferred
- Confidence leading a class independently
- A genuine love for working with little ones
