Base rate $33.05 with applied shift loading and penalties applied aligned with the EA/Award rates. If you have a forklift license we have roles to be considered.

09:00am- 5:00pm

1:30pm- 9:30pm

2:00pm- 10:00pm

TAG recruitment has partnered with one of Australia’s one of most diverse food manufacturing companies and is currently seeking to employ food process workers in Ermington.

These roles are across Monday to Friday with day, afternoon and night shift available. We have immediate starts available.

About the role:

Assisting on production lines within a bakery setting

Packing, sorting, and preparing baked goods for distribution

Monitoring product quality and consistency

Operating basic bakery or production equipment

Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in line with food safety requirements

Manual handling and repetitive tasks

Working as part of a team to meet daily production targets To be successful for the role you will require the below:

Experience in food production, manufacturing, or bakery environments is an advantage

Ability to work in a fast-paced, process-driven workplace

Unrestricted working rights.

Must be able to pass pre-employment Medical,

Key Responsibilities

Operate production line equipment in a safe and efficient manner

Assist in the production and packaging of bread and bakery products

Follow food safety, GMP, and hygiene procedures at all times

Monitor product quality and report any issues

Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production targets

Key Experience & Skills

Proven experience working in large-scale food production or FMCG environments

Strong understanding of safe food handling practices

Committed to maintaining high quality and safety standards

Previous production or manufacturing experience

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Strong attention to detail and reliability
