As our construction business continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced Marketing & Partnerships Executive - Construction to help elevate Azure's presence across the industry and strengthen relationships with the subcontractors, suppliers and partners who help bring our projects to life.

This is an opportunity to join a high-performing marketing team while working closely with our construction leadership to deliver meaningful marketing initiatives that have real commercial impact.

About the Role Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for coordinating marketing campaigns, events, content, stakeholder communications and CRM initiatives that support subcontractor attraction, engagement and retention.

No two days are the same. One day you might be coordinating an industry event on site, the next you're capturing project content, developing an email campaign, managing supplier partnerships or working alongside our creative agencies to produce high-quality marketing collateral.

You'll play an important role in strengthening Azure's reputation as a builder of choice.

What you'll be doing

Deliver marketing campaigns across digital, social media, website and email channels

Coordinate subcontractor attraction and engagement initiatives

Develop and manage Azure's subcontractor CRM and stakeholder database

Coordinate industry events, supplier functions and recognition programs

Create engaging marketing content including photography, videography,



project updates and case studies

Work with external agencies, designers, photographers and suppliers

Track campaign performance and provide reporting and insights

Ensure all communications align with Azure's brand and values

Build robust relationships across the construction industry

About you You're an organised, proactive marketer who enjoys building relationships just as much as creating great marketing.

You'll bring:

A qualification in Marketing, Communications, Events or a related discipline

Around five years' experience in marketing, communications, partnerships or events

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Experience using CRM and email marketing platforms

Outstanding organisational skills and attention to detail

Experience within construction, property or development will be highly regarded, although it's your attitude, initiative and ability to build genuine relationships that will set you apart.
