Key responsibilities:

Partnering with senior finance and operational stakeholders to provide commercial and financial insights

Overseeing monthly financial reporting, balance sheet reconciliations and financial governance

Preparing and reviewing statutory accounts, reports and external reporting

Providing technical accounting advice and preparing accounting position papers and memorandums

Overseeing taxation compliance obligations across multiple jurisdictions

Supporting process improvement initiatives, strengthening internal controls and contributing to business performance outcomes

We're seeking a technically capable finance professional who can balance attention to detail with strong stakeholder engagement skills.

You will ideally have:

CA or CPA qualifications (or nearing completion)

Strong technical accounting and financial reporting experience

Solid understanding of IFRS, with exposure to US GAAP viewed favourably

Strong statutory reporting, compliance and audit management experience

Tax exposure across corporate environments

Experience preparing technical accounting papers and interpreting accounting standards

Advanced stakeholder management and communication skills

Previous experience leading, mentoring or developing finance team members (ideal)

Exposure to ERP systems such as Oracle or similar
