Production Supervisor

to take responsibility for the day-to-day running of our production floor. This is a

hands-on leadership role . We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, understands manufacturing and isn't afraid to get involved on the factory floor when required. The Role

Working closely with management, you will be responsible for coordinating our production team and ensuring work moves efficiently through the factory while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Your responsibilities will include: Supervise and coordinate production staff throughout the day Allocate jobs and establish daily production priorities Ensure staff understand job requirements and expectations Monitor workflow, productivity and job progress Ensure production deadlines and customer requirements are achieved Monitor workmanship and finished product quality Assist with machine setups, changeovers and troubleshooting Identify and resolve production bottlenecks Monitor material usage, wastage and rework Train, support and develop production employees Monitor attendance, punctuality, breaks and general workplace performance Maintain a safe, clean and organised production environment Ensure WHS procedures and safe machine operating practices are followed Coordinate machinery maintenance and report faults or downtime Work with management to improve production efficiency,



setup times and workflow About You

Ideally, you will have experience in

timber manufacturing, timber machining, joinery, cabinetmaking or a similar manufacturing environment . Experience with timber moulders, CNC equipment, profiling, sanding or other production machinery would be highly regarded. More importantly, we're looking for someone who: Is confident leading and supervising a production team Can communicate clearly and respectfully with staff Is organised and capable of managing competing priorities Takes ownership of getting jobs completed properly and on time Has strong attention to quality and detail Can identify problems and find practical solutions Understands the importance of productivity and reducing downtime Leads by example Is willing to remain hands-on when the production team needs assistance What We Offer
