You will lead a team of consultants, drive sales, and hit store budgets while maintaining an exceptional customer experience with high-end clients. You will train and motivate the team, manage rosters, ensure impeccable showroom presentation, and work with the Showroom Manager to sustain a high performing sales culture. Weekend roster included.
