The Position In the role of Leasing Consultant, your key responsibilities will include:

Liaise with tenants and landlords

Select and reference check potential tenants

Prepare lease agreements and bond documents

Assist property manager with ingoing/outgoing inspections and condition reports

Coordinate repairs and maintenance

Monday to Saturday with one RDO during the week!

The Person The ideal candidate for the role of Leasing Consultant will have:

Current NSW Certificate of Registration is a MUST

Impeccable written and verbal communication skills

Extremely accurate attention to detail

Highly organised and able to multi-task under pressure

Immaculate personal presentation
