We provide exceptional service and assistance to people who have been involved in a motor vehicle accident and require a rental car, nationally. This position is for our head office is located in Sydney with easy access to public transport. You would be working with an experienced team in a supportive working environment.

Qualifications & experience
n
Motor Vehicle Hire knowledge/experience
n
Knowledge/Experience of credit hire (accident replacement vehicles) industry- desirable
n
Knowledge of the car insurance and repair industry
n
A polite and skilled disposition - important
n
Customer service experience either in customer facing or over the phone
n
Tasks & responsibilities
n
process claims and send bookings for our national prestige vehicles fleet over the phone
n
Provide exceptional levels of customer service to our clients and partners
n
liaise with drive team and other office staff
n
Help customers complete the required documentation and submit documentation via our customised portal
n
work in a very friendly and supportive team environment
n
prepare reports to support BDM's
n
