The Bootlegger Bar Katoomba is seeking an experienced and qualified Chef to join our kitchen team on a full time basis. You will prepare, cook and present smoked and grilled dishes to a high standard, while supporting menu planning and maintaining quality and presentation across all meals.

As part of a busy open kitchen, you will supervise kitchen staff, monitor stock and food costs, and ensure food safety and hygiene in every service shift. Weekend and public holiday availability is required.
