About You:

- Mature-minded, driven and honest individual.
n
- Able to confidently train and lead a team.
n
- Excellent numeracy and literacy skills, with a sound knowledge of microsoft office.
n
- Ensuring superior service and quality to ensure delivery ofoutstanding guest experiences.
n
- Drive a positive working environment and lead by example asa manager
n
- Knowledge of, and interest in, all things gaming. Must have TAB/gaming experience.
n
- Able to work full time, shift-work hours. Late night and weekend availability are a must.
n
- Basic knowledge of industry regulations.
n




- Maintaining current market knowledge and harnessing your ability to engage and execute promotional/marketing concepts to assist in business growth.
n
- Critical to this role is the ability to take a strategic approach in driving revenue.
n
- Management, food and beverage, customer service and achieving financial targets.
n

What is required?

n

n
- 1yrs Hospitality Management experience
n
- Exposure to both Bar and Restaurant environments
n
- Experience in the controlling financial aspects of a business
n
- The ability to lead, train and develop a team
n
- First aid certificate is preferred but not essential
n
