What will you do?

- Identifying, locating, and recommending parts for customers and technicians
n
- Ordering parts from warehouse and external suppliers
n
- Courteous handling of both face to face & telephone enquiries
n
- Follow-up and resolve customer requests and issues
n
- Preparing invoices & other finance arrangements for the sale of stock
n
- Keeping sales records updated
n
- Receive and process all monies when applicable
n

About you:

- Experience in a parts environment (preferred but not essential) – apprentice opportunities available
n
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
n
- Enjoys building positive relationships and being part of a team
n
- Motivated to learn and grow in a supportive environment
n
- Ability to work under pressure
n
- Working knowledge with computers
