Job Description

We are seeking experienced and highly skilled Critical Care Registered Nurses to join our dynamic and patient focused team on a permanent part time basis. Hours for this role are negotiable, with a minimum of 24hrs per week required. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide comprehensive nursing care, respond swiftly to deteriorating patients, and contribute to a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Deliver expert, evidence-based nursing care to critically ill patients requiring intensive monitoring, advanced therapies, and complex interventions
n
- Perform comprehensive assessments, identify clinical deterioration, and initiate timely and appropriate interventions
n
- Safely manage advanced technologies including ventilators, invasive lines, haemodynamic monitoring, and continuous infusion therapies
n
- Contribute to rapid response and emergency situations with confidence and clinical precision.

About You

n

To succeed in this role, you will bring a strong clinical skillset with extensive experience in critical care.

- Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
n
- Minimum 2years'recent critical careexperience is essential
n




- Post graduate certificate course in Critical care is highly considered
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
n
- Abilityto remaincomposed and makesound decisions duringemergencies and rapidlychanging situations

- Comfortable working ina fast-pacedenvironment and managingcompeting priorities

Remuneration: A base hourly rate ranging from$39.96 - $54.01+ superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances. (QLD RN/Midwife Gr1-Gr8)
