HSE Advisor, BESS Project, regional NSW, casual contract ongoing

$70–$80 per hour 2:1 Roster 77 Hours Per Week Immediate Start Accommodation provided

We are currently seeking an experienced HSE Advisor to join a major Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) project in Regional NSW.This is an excellent opportunity for an HSE skilled looking to secure a high-paying project role, working a 2:1 roster and approximately 77 hours per week, providing significant earning potential.

The Role Working closely with the site and project teams, you will be responsible for supporting and maintaining a strong safety culture throughout the construction phase of the project.

Key responsibilities will include:

Provide day-to-day HSE support across site construction activities

Conduct site inspections, audits and safety observations

Facilitate toolbox talks, pre-starts and safety meetings

Review SWMS, risk assessments and other HSE documentation

Support incident investigations and corrective actions

Ensure compliance with project, client and legislative HSE requirements

Maintain HSE reporting,



registers and project documentation

Work closely with supervisors, subcontractors and project management to drive positive safety outcomes

About You:

Previous experience as an HSE Advisor within construction

Solar, BESS, renewables or electrical infrastructure experience highly regarded

Certificate IV or Diploma in Work Health & Safety

Strong understanding of construction WHS requirements

Experience working with subcontractors and site-based construction teams

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to work a 2:1 roster in Regional NSW

Availability to commence immediately or at short notice
