The role targets a driven, results-oriented sales leader with 10+ years of proven experience, capable of working with minimal supervision in a commission-based workplace. Candidates should hold a degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management or related field; MBA is a plus. Sinhala communication is required, with Tamil as an added advantage. Real estate experience is not mandatory.
