Lead multiple customer engagements day-to-day in collaboration with CET leadership
Help customers make optimal investment decisions using proprietary technology and advisory services
Manage customer delivery, project timelines, communications, team tasks, goals, quality, and deadlines
Drive efficient data collection processes and build statistical/econometric models
Build customer relationships, understand business objectives, and deliver actionable presentations and recommendations
Serve as the point of contact for project data, model, software, and ad-hoc questions
Collaborate with leadership to balance project resources and support revenue targets
Train and coach current and existing team members
Work at least three days each week in the North Sydney office
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above (ideal areas of study/related study including: Business Analytics and Management, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, and/or Marketing)
5+ years of experience in marketing mix modeling, digital media analysis, business focused analytics, advertising effectiveness analysis or other related client insights experience
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
Highly analytical with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Project and people management experience
Experience developing and presenting presentations using insights derived from analytics
Ability to apply marketing and commercial intelligence concepts for business success
Must be eligible to work in Australia on an unlimited basis
