About the Role

We're after a commercially-minded Product Manager to own a category from strategy to shelf. You'll be the expert on where we play and how we win - leading recent product development, managing the portfolio, and owning the P&L;, with Product Marketing as your partner in bringing it all to market.

What You'll Do

- Own the category strategy - know your users, channels and competitors better than anyone else in the business.

- Build the annual category plan: range architecture, pricing and positioning.

- Lead new product development through our stage-gate process, from business case to launch.

- Own packaging development - structure, cost, compliance and artwork - with Product Marketing.

- Manage lifecycle and portfolio health, including range reviews and SKU rationalisation.

- Own your category P&L; and recommend actions to hit target.

- Represent your category across sales, S&OP;, finance, quality and supply chain.

About You

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, engineering or related field, plus 5-8 years in product or category management.





- Track record managing portfolios and lifecycles across B2B and B2C - durable goods or trade/light industrial experience a plus.

- Hands-on experience running new product development through a formal stage-gate process.

- Confidence owning a P&L; and building data-backed business cases.

- Sharp analytical and stakeholder skills - equally at home with leadership or a dealer on the shop floor.

- Multinational experience across Asia/Pacific and the Middle East is a bonus.
