We’re looking for a highly organised, capable and detail-focused person to join our Product Development and Supply Chain team.

This is a new, ongoing role within our team, to help us in capacity building while we continue to grow.

This isn’t a product design role. Instead, you’ll be one of the people behind the scenes making sure things actually happen... keeping information accurate, coordinating documentation, following up actions and helping projects stay on track.

You’ll work closely with our small but mighty team across product development, production, supply chain and quality activities. The role will be varied and, over time, will evolve around the strengths and capabilities of the successful person.

Experience in administration, data, production, technology, supply chain or project coordination would certainly be useful, but you don’t need to know everything on day one. Bring the capability, attitude and attention to detail and we’ll teach you our business.

What you’ll do

- Help coordinate product development, production projects, tasks and timelines.
- Maintain accurate product data, records, specifications and documentation.
- Work with spreadsheets, reports, inventory information and other business data.
- Liaise with suppliers and colleagues to follow up actions and keep projects moving.
- Assist with product samples, specifications, packaging, labelling and documentation.
- Support production and supply chain activities across a range of day-to-day projects.
- Assist with quality control processes and documentation.




- Help identify errors, inconsistencies or potential problems before they become bigger ones.
- Occasionally travel with the team for meetings, trade events or supplier visits.
- Pitch in where required... we’re a small team and everyone contributes.

What you’ll bring
- Strong organisation, administration and comfortable with technology.
- Excellent attention to detail and a genuine appreciation for accuracy.
- The ability to manage several priorities at once without losing track of the detail.
- Clear, practical communication and a collaborative approach.
- Initiative, sound judgement and the confidence to speak up when something doesn’t look right.
- The ability to follow a process, while also recognising when a process could be improved.
- A willingness to learn, adapt and take on additional responsibility as the role develops.
- The ability to work from our North Geelong office.

Desirable, but not essential Experience in one or more of the following would be useful:
- Data analysis, reporting or working with large spreadsheets.
- Product development, production, supply chain, purchasing or inventory.
- Textiles, manufacturing or healthcare products.
- Quality assurance or quality control.




- Communicating with overseas suppliers, manufacturers or factories.
