About the role

We are looking for a motivated Production Baker to join our afternoon shift team (Mon–Friday 2:00pm–10:00pm) and help us produce the premium gluten-free, nut-free products our customers trust.

Reporting to the Shift Supervisor, you will mix and process doughs to specification, bake to a consistently high standard and keep the line running safely, cleanly and on schedule with food safety and allergen integrity front of mind at all times.

Key responsibilities

- Put safety first in everything you do.

- Comply with all hygiene and food safety standards and regulations.

- Mix and process doughs to the required specification.

- Bake our products to a consistently high standard.

- Use your experience to help troubleshoot issues on the line.

- Clean as you go, keeping a tidy and hygienic work area.

- Keep accurate records to ensure full traceability of all products.

- Follow company policies and legal guidelines.

About you

You’ll be reliable, motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment and you bring:

- Previous bakery, snack food or food manufacturing experience, including mixing or blending (essential).

- A Certificate III in Baking (or similar) is desirable, but not essential, full training will be provided.

- Knowledge and understanding of HACCP and food safety principles.

- A strong commitment to workplace safety and safe work practices.





- The ability to work well as part of a team and follow instructions.

- A positive attitude and strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

- The physical capability to undertake repetitive manual handling and lift up to 25kg.
