Production Cladder – Premium Garage Doors & Entrance Solutions

4Ddoors is looking for a skilled and quality-focused Production Cladder to join our team at our Mulgrave production facility.

This is not simply a general factory position. You will help create premium garage doors and entrance solutions where precision, alignment and presentation make all the difference.

We are particularly interested in hearing from cabinet makers, joiners, shopfitters, furniture makers and other hands-on tradespeople who take genuine pride in producing an exceptional finish.

The role

Working as part of our production team, you will:

- Measure, cut, prepare and fit cladding materials
- Apply premium finishes to custom garage doors and entrance products
- Work with aluminium, timber-look products, composite materials and architectural finishes
- Ensure panels, joints, edges and features are accurately aligned
- Read production drawings, measurements and job specifications
- Inspect completed work and correct imperfections before dispatch
- Use hand tools, power tools and production equipment safely
- Work closely with the production and installation teams
- Help ensure every completed product meets the 4Ddoors quality standard

What we’re looking for

You may be an experienced cabinet maker looking for a change, or someone from a similar trade where accuracy and finishing quality are essential.

You will ideally bring

- Experience in cabinet making, joinery, shopfitting, furniture production, architectural fabrication or a similar field
- Strong measuring, cutting, fitting and assembly skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- A genuine sense of pride in your workmanship




- The patience to achieve clean lines, accurate joins and a premium finish
- Confidence using hand and power tools
- The ability to read drawings and follow detailed job specifications
- A reliable, safety-conscious and team-focused attitude
- The ability to identify imperfections before a product leaves production

Garage-door experience is welcome but not essential. If you have the craftsmanship, practical ability and desire to produce outstanding work, we can teach you our products and systems.
