We are looking for a skilled, efficient, and enthusiastic Casual Production Chef / Catering Assistant to join our team in our production kitchen.

Schedule & Hours

This is a reliable, set-roster casual role working Sunday through Thursday:

- Sunday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Monday to Thursday: 12:00 PM – 7:00 PM

Note: For the right candidate, there is a clear pathway to transition into a Full-Time role.

The Role

Working alongside our core kitchen team, you will assist in preparing high-volume, premium corporate and event catering. Your day-to-day duties will include:

- Handcrafting fresh gourmet sandwiches, rolls, and wraps.
- Preparing vibrant, seasonally aligned salads and sides.
- Assembling and styling visually appealing catering platters.
- Preparing and portioning delicious desserts and sweet treats.




- Maintaining exact portion control, quality standards, and food safety protocols.
- Supporting food prep, station setup, and kitchen clean-down to keep operations running smoothly.

What We Are Looking For

- Previous experience in a kitchen, catering environment, or busy prep station.
- Strong knife skills and efficient food preparation techniques.
- A keen eye for detail and visual presentation.
- Sound knowledge of food safety and hygiene procedures.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work comfortably and collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
