We are currently seeking reliable and motivated Casual Production Operators to join our growing Production team in Osborne Park.

About the Role

As a Production Operator, you will play a key role in the manufacturing and packaging of high-quality products within a GMP regulated environment. Working as part of a supportive team, you will ensure production activities are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate filling, packaging, shrink-wrapping and cartoning equipment
- Fill and package therapeutic, and cosmetic products
- Perform line clearances and in-process quality checks
- Complete manual packaging activities including labelling, coding and carton assembly
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements
- Complete production and batch documentation accurately
- Verify batch, expiry and packaging information
- Conduct batch reconciliations and document reviews
- Collect retention and quality control samples as required
- Maintain production areas, equipment, and cleanrooms to audit ready standards
- Clean production lines and facilities following production runs




- Retrieve packaging materials from the warehouse and prepare materials for production
- Participate in training and continuous improvement activities
- Contribute to a safe, organised, and high performing workplace

About You To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

- Minimum 2 years' experience in a manufacturing or production setting
- Experience in pharmaceutical, cosmetics, food manufacturing, medical device, or chemical manufacturing industries
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to follow written procedures and work instructions accurately
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Basic numeracy and record keeping skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team
- A proactive and positive attitude with a strong work ethic
- Understanding of GMP requirements (highly regarded)
- Current forklift licence/certificate (desirable)
- Year 10 certificate or equivalent

Work Requirements

- Casual positions available
- Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday work
- Ability to work across rotating shifts:
- 6:00am to 2:00pm
- 8:00am to 4:00pm
- 10:00am to 6:00pm

- Ability to safely lift and handle loads of 2.5 to 5kg
