The Role

As the Production Manger you will be the key communicator to our offshore manufacturers. We are looking for someone with previous Production management experience to oversee the production of all our brands & products, including order management, cost control, product delivery & communication of product changes.

Reporting to the Director, your primary duties will include:

- Create manage WIP report for tracking development.

- Manage all PO’s & production & shipping schedule for on-time delivery.

- Utilise Critical Paths to monitor & guarantee the fulfillment of all requested deliveries for both FIS and FOB shipments.

- Identify and address key concerns that may alter or impact production schedule.

- Drive development process through frequent communication with offshore manufacturers during product lifecycle

- Ensure the accuracy & real time updates of delivery dates to meet all Sales commitments.

- Work with design team for product development approval & target price & engage in supplier negotiations as needed.

- Checking & Approval product design, lab dips, artwork, fabrics, costing, barcodes, packaging requirements, pre-production & shipping samples from all offshore manufacturers





- Monitor QA processes to ensure that products met all international safety standards & testing reports.

- Work with sales team on timelines, schedules, and range calendars.

- Updating all systems up to date by inputting product details, order statuses, and shipping information.

Looking for

- Experience in a production or product management role

- Excellent verbal and written communication.

- Fluent in Mandarin verbal and written is beneficial.

- Solid organisational, interpersonal and task prioritising skills

- Exceptional administrative work

- Ability to take ownership of role and manage the processes to ensure timelines are met.

- Strong attention to detail.

- Proficient in the use of Excel and Microsoft Office.
