Our client, based in Kewdale, is offering a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Production Worker to join their team. This is a casual position with a strong view to permanency, offering real potential for career development and growth within the business.

Hours:

Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Key Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

- Manufacturing of mattresses, bases, and soft furnishings
- Operating machinery, Quilting Machine and Tape Edger
- Packing and labelling products
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving
- Manual handling tasks
- Demonstrating manual dexterity
- Following instructions and completing assigned tasks
- Managing time effectively
- Willingness to work overtime as required

To be successful in this role, you will have:





- Availability to commence immediately
- Good physical fitness (pre-employment medical required)
- A forklift licence (preferred but not essential)
- The ability to work both independently and within a team
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- A solid focus on workplace safety
- A current driver’s licence and reliable transport
