The Opportunity Workfast is currently seeking an experienced and adaptable Production & Warehouse Worker to join one of our premier clients.

Our client is a highly regarded business in Heathwood. They pride themselves on state-of-the-art facilities and a strong commitment to quality, safety, and sustainable manufacturing practices. Due to continued growth and high product demand, Workfast is sourcing a reliable professional to join their agile team on an ongoing basis.

About the Role We need a hands-on operator who is confident navigating both fast-paced production lines and busy warehouse environments. In this dual-function role, you will be a crucial part of the daily operations team, ensuring that products are manufactured to the highest standards and successfully prepped for dispatch.

Key Responsibilities

- Operating, monitoring, and troubleshooting equipment on a busy manufacturing production line.
- Safely operating a forklift for moving raw materials, as well as loading and unloading goods.
- Assisting with general warehouse duties, including picking, packing, inventory management, and dispatch.
- Performing routine quality control checks to ensure product integrity.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant workspace in strict alignment with industry and hygiene standards.
- Collaborating with team members to meet daily production targets.

What You Bring to the Role
- Industry Experience: Previous experience working within the manufacturing or production industry is essential.
- Production Line Confidence:



Demonstrated hands-on experience and comfort working efficiently on a fast-paced production line.
- Forklift Ticket: A valid and current Forklift (LF) license is required.
- Adaptability: The versatility to seamlessly transition between production tasks and warehouse duties as needed.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic with a commitment to ongoing work and the availability to complete 38 hours a week.
- Safety Focus: A solid understanding of WHS procedures within both manufacturing and warehousing environments.
