Project Coordinator

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join our commercial construction fitout team as a Project Coordinator. Our projects are diverse, carefully planned, and delivered to the highest standard, yet we maintain a fun, supportive, and collaborative culture.

This role begins on a casual basis, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time position for the right candidate.

Position Description The ideal candidate will be motivated, organised, detail-oriented, and an effective communicator. As a Project Coordinator, you will play an important role in supporting the successful delivery of our commercial fitout projects. Your responsibilities will include:

- Assist the Project Manager and work with Estimators in various projects

- Coordinate subcontractors & site trades

- Coordinate suppliers & material delivery & ensure accurate

- Develop your skills in reading plans and taking off construction quantities

- Help develop financial budgets and update as required

- Ensure quality control and compliance





- Collaborating with the management team on project close-outs to improve estimating accuracy and construction outcomes

Qualifications and Skills

- Previous experience in a construction related project management, or scheduling role

- Acquired a minimum 1 years project experience would be preferred

- Be self-motivated with a strong work ethic

- Have substantial experience in the management and supervision of contractors & suppliers

- Possess robust financial and time management skills
- The ability to communicate effectively at all levels

- Very good written and verbal communication

- Proven experience in delivering construction projects
