Our Operational Risk Product & Delivery team within the Risk Management Group is focused on delivering meaningful business and operational risk improvements across Macquarie. Working closely with teams across the organisation, we enhance processes, systems and ways of working to support effective risk management, regulatory compliance and operational excellence.

What role will you play?

As a Project Delivery Manager, you will support the delivery of strategic business and risk transformation initiatives, including operational risk framework simplification, regulatory remediation programmes and risk management enhancements. You will work collaboratively with business, risk and technology teams to translate complex requirements into practical solutions, drive successful project outcomes and support effective stakeholder engagement. You will also contribute to project governance, planning, reporting, dependency management and risk oversight within a dynamic and evolving environment.

What You Offer

- 3+ years’ experience in project delivery, business analysis, project management office or related roles within financial services, consulting, risk management or regulatory environments

- Experience supporting operational risk transformation programmes, including the implementation of policy and framework changes
- Strong project coordination skills,



with experience developing project plans, maintaining project risks and issues registers, tracking milestones and supporting the timely delivery of outcomes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with experience facilitating workshops and collaborating across business and technology teams
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, identify potential risks, exercise sound judgement and support delivery outcomes in complex environments
