Project Manager - CRM / D365 Implementation

We're partnering with a well-established, not-for-profit organisation currently delivering a Dynamics 365 CRM implementation, migrating off a legacy system.

This role is focused on keeping the project moving day to day while an external vendor leads the D365 build. You'll be the connective tissue across testing, migration and delivery, making sure activities stay on track and nothing falls through the cracks between teams.

The project is already in flight, so you'll be picking up momentum from day one rather than starting from scratch. It's a genuinely hands-on role for someone comfortable holding a vendor to account, chasing actions, and making sure nothing slips between now and go-live.

This is a role for someone who is happiest coordinating multiple moving parts, doesn't need everything handed to them, and gets real satisfaction from keeping a project on track through to the finish line.

Key responsibilities

- Own day-to-day coordination of the CRM implementation, working closely alongside the delivery vendor
- Track progress on data migration activities and keep the timeline on course
- Coordinate testing and UAT activities across the project team
- Proactively manage risks and blockers, keeping momentum through to go-live
- Coordinate internal resources to support the vendor's delivery schedule
- Report on progress and keep stakeholders informed through go-live and into early operation
- Support planning in the lead-up to go-live

About you

- Comfortable stepping into a project that's already in flight and picking up momentum immediately

- Confident working alongside an external delivery partner, holding them to account without stepping on their toes
- A transparent communicator, comfortable liaising with test leads, stakeholders and vendor teams
- Practical and outcomes-focused - genuinely gets things done

Essential experience

- Demonstrated experience on CRM or Dynamics 365 implementation projects, including migrating off a legacy system (non-negotiable)
- Available to start immediately or with 1 week's notice
- Experience coordinating activities and resources alongside an external delivery vendor
- Exposure to UAT coordination, test lead liaison, and data migration tracking
- D365 experience highly regarded, but not essential for someone with strong CRM project experience
- Comfortable with (or quick to pick up) Azure DevOps
