About the role

You will support the site team across bulk earthworks activities on a renewables project in the Pilbara, working a 2:1 FIFO roster ex Perth.

Key responsibilities

- General civil labouring and manual handling

- Supporting operators and earthworks crews

- Spotting plant and assisting with protected equipment movements

- Site establishment and maintaining work areas

- Using hand and power tools

- Assisting with materials, signage and daily site requirements

- Completing work safely and responding quickly to changing priorities

About you

- Previous bulk earthworks experience

- Previous FIFO experience

- Current HR driver's licence

- Physically fit and able to undertake manual work in Pilbara conditions

- Hard-working, reliable and safety focused

- Able to think quickly, use initiative and follow direction

- Comfortable working in an early-stage project environment with basic facilities
