About the role
Reporting to the Head of Campaigns, Products & Experience, the Project Manager is responsible for leading the end-to-end planning, coordination and delivery of major campaigns and projects across the organisation. A key focus of the role is project managing the World's Greatest Shave and supporting the delivery of other fundraising campaigns and strategic initiatives.
Working closely with teams across Fundraising, Marketing, Digital, Data, Technology, Communications and Supporter Experience, you'll bring clarity, structure and momentum to complex projects, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead the end-to-end planning and delivery of major campaigns and projects, including World's Greatest Shave
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones and critical pathways
- Lead cross-functional delivery across multiple internal teams and external partners
- Facilitate project governance and reporting and lead post-campaign evaluations to drive continuous improvements
- Identify and manage risks, dependencies and competing priorities
- Build strong stakeholder relationships that drive collaboration and accountability
- Monitor performance and contribute toward budgeting and ensure projects meet compliance, privacy and accessibility requirements
- Drive delivery of other key organisational projects and strategic priorities as required
