Project Manager - Health / Live Hospital Fitout

About The Role

TSA Riley is seeking a strong, delivery-focused Project Manager to support an accelerated health fitout project at The Wesley Hospital, Brisbane. Working as part of our client-side project management team, you'll help coordinate design, procurement and construction activities within a live operational hospital environment, partnering closely with the client, consultants and contractor to drive successful project outcomes.

What You'll Do

We need a solid, delivery-focused Project Manager to support an accelerated health fitout project at The Wesley Hospital, Brisbane. The project involves concurrent design, procurement and construction activities, with TSA Riley providing client-side PM and Superintendent services.

What We Need

- Brisbane-based / strong Brisbane presence — this is not a remote PM role.
- Strong health project experience, ideally hospital refurbishment, fitout or brownfield works.
- Demonstrated experience delivering projects within live, operational hospitals and understanding the constraints that come with working around clinical operations.
- Strong site presence — we need someone who will be physically engaged with the works, particularly during the fitout/construction phase.
- Excellent client-facing skills. The client is active and highly engaged; the PM needs to build trust, communicate clearly and stay ahead of their requirements.
- Comfortable providing direct, constructive advice and feedback to the client, consultants and contractor rather than simply reporting what others have said.
- A genuine "doer" — not a postbox. We want someone who drives actions, resolves issues,



follows things through and actively manages outcomes.
- Able to operate effectively in a fast-paced, accelerated programme, with design, procurement and delivery activities occurring concurrently.
- Strong coordination capability across design, programme, procurement, contractor, clinical stakeholders and project reporting. The role will include day-to-day programme management, design coordination, procurement support, contract administration and reporting.

- Proactive and commercially aware — identifies emerging risks and issues early and brings solutions/recommendations, not just problems.
- Comfortable working with a hands-on Project Director above them, while taking ownership of day-to-day delivery.
- Needs enough confidence and experience to challenge where required, make things happen and keep momentum in a demanding live-health environment.

About you You are a hands-on health Project Manager who is comfortable working closely with clients, consultants, contractors and clinical stakeholders in a live hospital environment.

You bring a proactive, delivery-oriented approach, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to take ownership of issues and drive outcomes in a fast-paced project setting.
