I-MED Radiology Network is Australia’s largest diagnostic imaging network, with circa 4,500 employees across more than 240 clinics throughout Australia. We're looking for a Project Manager - Clinical AI Product Owner to join our team and help shape the use of AI across I-MED.

As the Project Manager, your role will involve planning, organising and directing a significant product implementation portfolio within the AI space. Working closely with clinical, data science, technology and transformation teams, you'll identify opportunities for AI, assess and test new solutions, and lead their implementation across the organisation. You'll play an important role in making sure AI solutions are safe, practical and deliver real value for our clinicians, our business and our patients.

What You'll Be Doing Manage I-MED's Clinical AI roadmap and priorities. Identify opportunities to use AI across the organisation. Work with clinical teams to test and evaluate AI solutions. Develop business cases and recommendations for new AI initiatives.

Lead the implementation of approved AI solutions. Support training and change activities to help teams adopt new technology. Manage AI products, upgrades and ongoing improvements.



Work with internal teams and vendors to monitor performance and measure perks.

Ensure AI solutions meet clinical, privacy, governance and regulatory requirements.

About You

You'll have experience in product management, technology, transformation or a similar role, along with a strong interest in AI and its application in healthcare. You'll be a confident communicator who can work across clinical, technical and business teams and bring people together to deliver outcomes. You'll bring: Experience managing products, projects or technology initiatives. An understanding of AI, machine learning or generative AI.

Experience working across multiple teams and stakeholders. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Experience developing business cases and measuring outcomes. An understanding of privacy, governance and responsible technology. Healthcare or radiology experience would be highly regarded. Why Join I-MED?
