NTT Data is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a major Victorian Government initiative focused on delivering a recent statewide digital platform that will transform service delivery, coordination, reporting, and operational efficiency across a large and complex healthcare environment.

- Contract through to end of March 2027
- Hybrid working – 3 days per week in office

This is an opportunity to lead a high-profile technology program from planning through to delivery, working with senior stakeholders, steering committees, vendors, and cross-functional technology teams to deliver a critical digital transformation outcome.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the end to end delivery of a large-scale digital platform implementation
- Manage project planning, governance, reporting, risks, issues, dependencies, budgets, and timelines
- Present project updates and recommendations to Steering Committees and executive stakeholders
- Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams including Business Analysts, Architects, Developers, Testers, and external vendors
- Drive agile delivery practices, including sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and stakeholder engagement
- Manage solution implementation activities across business and technical workstreams




- Ensure successful transition from project delivery into operational support

Key Requirements

- Minimum 5+ years' experience as an ICT Project Manager delivering complex technology projects
- Proven experience working within the health services sector
- Experience operating within large and complex ICT environments, ideally within government
- Demonstrated experience reporting to senior leadership teams, Steering Committees, and executive stakeholders
- Formal project management qualifications or methodology experience, including PRINCE2 and/or PMBOK
- Strong Agile/Scrum delivery experience, including sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, backlog management, and stakeholder engagement
- Proven track record managing projects through the full lifecycle, from initiation and planning through to deployment and support handover
- Experience leading cross functional teams across Business Analysis, Architecture, Development, Testing, Security, Data, and Infrastructure
- Strong background delivering software development and/or COTS implementation projects
- Hands on experience managing project budgets, forecasting, financial reporting, and delivery within approved funding envelopes
