An innovative leader in modern construction methods, are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager with specialised expertise in Volumetric Modular Design to join a growing team in Brisbane In this role you will lead the end-to-end delivery of complex high-rise residential and hospitality projects utilising advanced off-site manufacturing and volumetric modular construction techniques.

The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between factory-based manufacturing and on-site assembly, ensuring seamless coordination, rigorous quality control, and adherence to project timelines and budgets.

Open to candidates who are in Australia, who had Australian right to work or who need sponsorship and are looking to relocate to Brisbane.

Key Responsibilities

- Full project lifecycle management. Oversee high-rise residential and hospitality projects from inception through to handover, utilising volumetric modular construction methodologies
- Collaborate closely with off-site manufacturing facilities, design consultants, engineers, and site teams to ensure design for manufacture and assembly (DfMA) principles are successfully executed
- Manage relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and regulatory authorities, ensuring clear communication and alignment across all project phases
- Maintain stringent quality assurance standards across both factory production and on-site installation, ensuring full compliance with Australian building codes,



standards, and safety regulations
- Monitor project budgets, cash flow, variations, and construction schedules, proactively identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies
- Coordinate complex logistical planning, and precise on-site schedules for volumetric modules in dense urban or high-rise environments

Skills & Experience

- Minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience specifically within volumetric modular design and construction.
- Proven track record managing large-scale commercial, residential high-rise, or hospitality construction projects
- Deep understanding of off-site manufacturing processes, DfMA principles, modular structural engineering, and logistics coordination
- Qualification in Construction Management, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities, with a proven capability to drive multidisciplinary teams to success
