Requisition Title

Property Consultant

- Undertaking property desktop assessments of existing lease agreements or potential greenfield siting opportunities. Providing property advice to other team members.
- Negotiate leases/licences within guidelines and agreed timelines
- Undertake the co-location process
- Gain construction access for the installation teams.
- Identify and secure formal tenure for telecommunication facilities
- Recommend strategies and processes to ensure timely delivery.
- Ensure compliance with Environment Health & Safety requirements.
- Execution of all SAED activities for allocated works.
- Ensure works comply with all relevant statutory legislation, standards and client technical specifications.




- Have an understanding of design elements of wireless base stations and the planning approval framework.
- Ensuring that the agreed implementation schedules and guidelines are followed and enforced.
- Regular progress reporting internally and externally as required.
- Ensuring that quality of contract deliverables is within the standards and expectations.
- Maintaining a positive working relationship with all stakeholders and all disciplines involved in the project.

Roles & Responsibilities

Under general direction, responsible for complex tasks typically relating to network monitoring, operations, installation, and/or maintenance for local, off-site, and/or remote locations. May function as lead position in the absence of the Supervisor, but would not have ongoing lead responsibility. Typically requires four to eight years of network experience and continuing education network/telecom courses/technical seminars.
