We are looking for a reliable and detail-focused independent contractor to complete occasional property assistance assignments throughout the Sydney LGA.

Assignments are offered individually, with the location, requirements and fixed fee provided before acceptance. You are free to accept or decline each assignment based on your availability.

This opportunity would suit someone already providing property, inspection, administrative or field services, or someone operating a small independent business and looking for additional flexible work.

Responsibilities

- Show rooms to potential tenants at a set scheduled time.
- Conduct incoming condition reports when a new tenant moves in
- Conduct outgoing condition reports after a tenant moves out.
- Check and report house’s condition every month.

Requirements

- An active Australian Business Number (ABN)
- A current driver’s licence
- A reliable and appropriately insured vehicle
- A smartphone with a good-quality camera
- Confidence using email, mobile apps and online forms
- Excellent reliability and punctuality
- Strong attention to detail
- Explicit written communication skills
- A qualified and respectful manner
- The ability to work independently and follow an assignment brief




- Australian working rights (international students or other visas are welcome to apply)
- Previous property or real-estate experience is helpful but is not essential for general support assignments. Clear instructions, checklists and report templates will be provided where appropriate.

Compensation & Schedule

- $40/hour-$160/hour depending on the job
- Approximately 3 - 4 hours per week, on demand
- Minimum billing of 1 hour, if a task takes less than an hour, you are still paid for the full hour.
