What You Will Be Doing:

- Converting approved client quotations into project baselines to support accurate project planning and delivery.
- Monitoring and maintaining project costs, budgets, and forecasts to ensure projects remain on track.
- Developing, updating, and maintaining project schedules to support successful project execution.
- Tracking project performance and providing regular cost and schedule reporting to key stakeholders.
- Ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of project controls data across multiple projects.
- Assisting project teams with forecasting, resource planning, and progress monitoring.
- Identifying potential schedule or cost risks and supporting the implementation of corrective actions.
- Working closely with project managers and operational teams to drive project efficiency and positive outcomes.

What You Will Need:

- Previous experience in Project Administration or Project Controls roles.
- Strong understanding of the project lifecycle, including quote-to-project conversion, cost baselines, commitments, actual costs, and project reporting.
- Proven ability to prepare and maintain project cost tracking and financial documentation.
- High level of accuracy when managing timesheet, labour hour, and cost data.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including reporting, data analysis,



and tracking project performance.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with project teams and stakeholders.
