Really Awesome People is recruiting for an experienced Projects Logistics & Support Officer to support the delivery of significant government infrastructure projects.
This is a limited approach to market , with only a small number of recruitment suppliers invited to participate—giving strong candidates a genuine opportunity to stand out.
The role will provide critical planning, coordination, procurement and logistics support across a diverse portfolio of operational infrastructure projects, including aviation, Defence, environmental monitoring and public warning systems.

Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting Project Managers with the end-to-end acquisition of goods and services
- Coordinating procurement, purchasing and supplier activities
- Providing project administration and delivery support
- Tracking schedules, actions, risks and dependencies
- Improving reporting and visibility across the project portfolio
- Establishing consistent and scalable delivery practices
- Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
This opportunity would suit someone with strong experience across project coordination, logistics, procurement, purchasing or infrastructure delivery . Experience within government, aviation, Defence, infrastructure or another complex operational environment would be highly regarded.
