We are seeking an experienced

Property Manager

to join our team. This is a

full-time position

where you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties, maintaining strong tenant relations, and maximising returns for landlords.

What You'll Be Doing

Coordinating all aspects of property management, including tenant selection, lease renewals, and routine inspections

Addressing tenant inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally

Conducting regular property inspections and preparing detailed condition and compliance reports

Managing maintenance and repairs, including liaising with trades and contractors

Preparing monthly financial statements and updates for landlords

Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and regulatory requirements

Delivering exceptional customer service to both tenants and property owners

What We're Looking For

Minimum

2 years' experience





in a similar property management role

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships

Excellent organisational and time-management abilities

High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

Sound knowledge of the

Residential Tenancies Act

and other relevant legislation

Proficiency with property management software and related technologies

A positive, customer-focused attitude and the ability to work collaboratively within a team
