Complete Care Assist is seeking compassionate and dedicated Disability Support Workers to join our team for Casual roles.

Based in Wynnum, Wooloongabba, Inala and surrounding areas

n

We are looking for experienced Disability Support Workers who are confident supporting participants in their home, including high-intensity support, personal care and community access.

n

About You

n

We're looking for experienced support workers who are adaptable, qualified, and genuinely passionate about making a difference.

n

You'll bring:

n

Experience supporting people with disability across a variety of support settings.

n

Confidence providing personal care, community access, and daily living supports.

n

Experience supporting participants with complex needs and high-intensity care requirements - MND experience viewed favourably.

n

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

n

A proactive, person-centred approach to support.

n

The ability to work independently and as part of a team.

n

Reliability, professionalism, and a commitment to high-quality care.

n

Current Driver Licence and reliable vehicle.

n

Current First Aid and CPR Certificate.

n

Current Blue Card (Working with Children Check).

n

NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.

n

Must have full working rights.

n

Certificate III or IV in Disability, Individual Support, Community Services, or related qualification.

n

Experience with high-intensity supports, medication administration, PEG feeding, manual handling
