Wholesome Care Supports is looking for Support Workers to provide personalised support that upholds dignity and independence. You'll be part of a team that values creativity, respect, and innovation, working in disability support services and community spaces designed to foster inclusion and growth.

Key responsibilities

- Providing personalised support that upholds dignity and independence
n
- Assisting with daily living tasks, personal care, and community access
n
- Encouraging and facilitating skill-building, hobbies, and social connection
n
- Working collaboratively with families, therapists, and the Wholesome team
n
- Advocating for participants so their voices are heard and respected
n

About you

n

- Compassion, reliability, and a genuine belief in inclusion
n
- Experience in disability or community support (preferred but not essential)
n
- A positive problem-solver who can adapt with empathy and patience
n




- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
n
- First Aid/CPR certification
n
- Driver's licence
n
