What you'll be doing:

n

- Building, maintaining and improving marketplace features using Ruby on Rails
n
- Working closely with product managers, designers and fellow engineers to deliver customer-facing features
n
- Developing and enhancing B2C experiences used by a large and engaged user base
n
- Collaborating with engineers across teams to ensure clean, scalable and maintainable code
n
- Participating in technical discussions, code reviews and continuous improvement initiatives
n
- Operating in a fast-paced environment where priorities evolve, and learning is constant
n

What you'll be doing:

n

Experience required:

n

n
- 5+ years of commercial experience working with Ruby on Rails
n
- Previous experience in a senior or lead role
n
- Full-stack capability, with solid JavaScript experience highly regarded
n
- Experience working on B2C products or marketplaces is a strong advantage
n
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, collaborative engineering setting
n
- Exposure to AWS is beneficial but not essential
n
