The Opportunity

Driven by sustained growth and a robust project pipeline, we are expanding our sales and estimating team. We are seeking a self-motivated Junior or Senior Estimator to join our fast-paced, high-energy environment. Operating from our Ourimbah facility, you will play a pivotal role in transforming architectural concepts into comprehensive tender documents for builders and architects.

Key responsibilities

Prepare accurate and competitive tender submissions for commercial and high-end residential projects.

n

Interpret architectural plans, engineering drawings, and finishing schedules.

n

Collaborate closely with architects, builders,



and our internal production teams to value-engineer solutions.

n

Utilise specialised industry software to estimate material, labour, and manufacturing costs.

What you bring

n

Industry Experience: Minimum 3 years of dedicated experience within the window and door sector.

n

Technical Literacy: Proven ability to accurately read and interpret complex architectural plans and specifications.

n

Software Proficiency: Hands-on experience with V6 or X1 software is essential. Proficiency in AutoCAD is highly regarded but not mandatory.

n

Core Skills: Exceptional time management, sharp attention to detail, and professional communication skills to engage with external stakeholders.
