n $10M project from start to completion
n $180,000 – $200,000 plus super

Over the last 15 years, they have been delivering premium D&C; Commercial projects for customers in the government, public and private sectors across Sydney.

They have won multiple awards and positioned themselves as expert in the delivery of Commercial and Industrial Building Projects. They currently have large pipeline of work with solid job security for the future for the successful candidate.

About the role

n

Thisposition has arisen due to continual growth and recent projects won. You will be working alongside an excellent Senior Project Manager and will be managing an experienced site team.

n

You will be responsible for managing all on-site activities such as site set out, reading plans, managing and coordinating the trades,



ordering materials and making sure all WH&S; standards are adhered to.
n As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for theperformance and delivery on site to ensure successful delivery of projects.

n

You will be delivering a $10M Commercial project from start to completion.

n

The requirements

n

Carpentrybackground or Construction Management Degree

n

10 years' experience as a Site Supervisor

n

Commercial or Industrial new build experience

n

Good management skills with the ability to motivate and drive

n

Excellent Document Control skills with Procore

n
