You’ll also have flexibility to manage your schedule, the option of full time including up to 2 days per week working from home or 5 shorter days to work in with family commitments. What you’ll do Working as part of an experienced and collaborative team, you’ll provide a range of bookkeeping services to clients, including bank reconciliations, aged payable and receivable, payroll, superannuation, ATO compliance, cashflow forecasting and reporting, and BAS. You’ll also handle proactive client communication and file management, utilising a strong tech stack to automate mundane tasks and allow more time for complex work, client interaction and advisory services. You’ll contribute to team meetings and continuous improvement, sharing what you know and learning from others across the team.



What you’ll need Certificate IV in Bookkeeping is essential - all our team are certified Exposure to various cloud-based accounting software including Xero (essential) and a working knowledge of MYOB would be helpful A solid affinity with technology Full time Australian working rights Xero Certification and experience in a commercial bookkeeping practice or managing multiple clients concurrently would be advantageous but is not essential About the company At Go Figured, we rescue businesses from bookkeeping and administration burdens, and have fun doing it! Established in 2011, we are early adopters of modern technology and have a diverse group of clients across many industries. We have offices on the Gold Coast and in Brisbane. The Gold Coast office is located centrally in Oasis Broadbeach with onsite parking. The team of 12 (and growing) is eclectic and cohesive, including a tennis champion, chorale singer, crafty quilter, outdoor enthusiasts, proud Swiftie, margarita master, scout leader, barista sista and Lego building legend. We’re serious about the quality of our work, but not about taking ourselves too seriously. We share ideas, solve problems together and step in when someone needs help. We work alongside clients in a support role or manage their entire bookkeeping and administration function.
