FreshGro Baby Salad Leaf Growers : We are recruiting for an Experienced Tractor Operator (Ground Prep) for the Lockyer Valley, Queensland. These roles will be casual initially, with the potential to become full-time positions for motivated people with a qualified mindset to join us year-round. Duties and Responsibilities

Soil Management – groundwork duties. All aspects of growing from ground prep through to harvest. Plan weekly activities. Rotary Hoe bed forming, ripping, for direct seeding onto Beds. General maintenance: as a machine operator, you are required to keep machines tidy and maintained. Meet KPI's. Training in Row crop practices will be provided. Skills and Experience

Minimum 2 years tractor driving experience. Willing to learn and take direction. Be able to plan your work week. Own Transport. Team player & Attention to detail in your work are a must. To be successful in these diverse and challenging roles, you will need a can-do attitude and an ability to think outside the box.
