Your day to day duties will include but not be limited to: Manage and nurture strong relationships with landlords and tenants Oversee the day-to-day management of your property portfolio using Property Tree Work closely with your own

full time Property Management Assistant , allowing you to focus on portfolio management and client relationships No routine inspections

– these are completed by your assistant Ensure properties are leased promptly and portfolio KPIs are achieved Manage lease renewals, rent reviews and tenancy negotiations Monitor and follow up rent arrears and other tenancy breaches Oversee vacates, final inspections and bond matters Attend Magistrates Court/tribunal hearings on behalf of landlords when required Maintain accurate Property Tree records, documentation and reporting Provide regular communication and advice to landlords BDM duties including responding to new management enquiries, conducting rental appraisals and converting new managements Build relationships with prospective landlords and generate new property management business Assist with onboarding new managements into the portfolio The ideal candidate for this role will have:
