We are looking for a

People & Culture Coordinator

to join our People & Culture (P&C;) team in Melbourne. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone looking to start or build their career in Human Resources within a qualified services environment. Working with the broader People & Culture team, you'll provide support across a wide range of people initiatives, systems and processes while helping to create a positive employee experience. Key Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of the employee life cycle, including induction activities, people movements and exit processes

Assist with cyclical P&C; processes, including performance & remuneration review processes and leadership and development planning

Function as the primary contact for professional study, including CA program activity

Help coordinate the delivery of P&C; events, including wellbeing initiatives, employee engagement surveys and reward and recognition activities

Manage WHS at a local level in conjunction with the Facilities team

Prepare and submit people reports, including monthly executive reporting, gender reporting, leave liability and other ad hoc P&C; reporting

Provide day-to-day administrative support to the P&C; Business Partnering team and deliver excellent internal stakeholder service





Undertake project work in consultation with the broader P&C; team

About You

Completed or working towards a tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Psychology or equivalent

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to facilitate inductions and training sessions

Demonstrated initiative, time-management and organisational skills

Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality of information

Strong attention to detail

Familiarity with Microsoft Office products, such as Outlook, Work, Excel and PowerPoint

A keen interest in learning and developing, with a positive and self-motivated approach to your career
