Glascott is looking for motivated and reliable

Team Members

to join our WSUD team, maintaining and enhancing Water Sensitive Urban Design assets across the Gold Coast region.

About the Role Working as part of a small, supportive crew and reporting to the WSUD Team Leader, you’ll be involved in a variety of hands‑on maintenance activities that help protect natural water systems within urban environments.

This is an active outdoor role where you’ll work across different sites and environments, with plenty of variety in your day‑to‑day work.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out routine maintenance of WSUD assets and surrounding areas

Vegetation management, weed removal and general landscaping duties

Brush cutting and chemical spraying

Assist with site inspections and identifying maintenance issues

Use a range of hand tools and outdoor maintenance equipment

Maintain sites to a high standard and ensure work is completed safely

Work as part of a team to complete daily tasks efficiently

About You

Previous experience in landscaping, grounds maintenance or a similar outdoor role is desirable

A positive attitude and willingness to learn

Reliable, hardworking and physically fit

Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions

Able to work effectively as part of a team

Strong attention to detail and pride in your work

Driver’s licence

White Card

(essential)

Chemical ticket and/or experience with chemical spraying

(desirable)

4-day work week with full time hours

Early start: 5:00am–3:00pm

Optional Friday overtime available
