You'll provide personalised support to clients in their own homes, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life. Key responsibilities Personal care including showering, dressing, grooming and toileting Mobility and daily living support Meal preparation and light domestic assistance Companionship and community access Following individual care plans and support requirements Recognising and reporting changes in a client's health or wellbeing Working closely with our care and clinical team About you Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing), Aged Care or equivalent Experience supporting older people A caring, reliable and qualified approach Strong communication and observation skills Confidence using mobile technology and electronic care systems A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle Current First Aid and CPR,
